The goals of this organization are to have members gain hands-on medical experiences through tailored shadowing rotations with Cornell’s athletic trainers, physical therapists, and orthopedic surgeons and to provide members with opportunities to expand their medical expertise and skills. Sports Medicine at Cornell strives to teach members how to collaborate with medical personnel, interact with patients, and handle various medical scenarios. This organization aims to provide members with the opportunity to learn about the different facets of sports medicine and the intricacies of jobs in the sports medicine field.
